From March 1 through March 21, the National Reference Laboratory provided all country’s citizens with tests for diabetes, blood for infection and three types of candidiasis.
As part of this initiative, the National Reference Laboratory received 943 requests for the above examinations free of charge.
Based on 943 requests, 678 tests for diabetes, 560 tests for hepatitis B, 180 tests for blood for infection and 10 tests for candidiasis were conducted free of charge.
The Reference Laboratory, which has all the modern equipment and diagnostic facilities, with its good and efficient operation will facilitate timely diagnosis as well as proper and quality treatment.
The laboratory has all the working conditions, and its modern equipment allows providing customers with the most accurate diagnostics with high quality that meet international requirements.
Also, the task of the National Reference Laboratory is to assess the quality of all clinical, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological and virological laboratories.
